29 March 2014 Hongkong / Macau trip Day 4
Wanted to go Ocean Park.
But it started to rain, So we give up as the rides might off.
No point spending so much and play nothing.
So we decided to go Macau and take a look.
Took train to Sheung Wan
Bought Ferry Tix cost us 160HKD one way to macau
And 175 HKD return tix
A simple of the tix
We bought with those travel agent, That why we have discount on the ferry tix.
It take us about 55mins to reach macau.
Once you reached, There is a lot taxi driver asking if you want to book their cab
And they bring you to tour, Tell you the place is very far.
But actually is very near only..
15mins walk to shopping & casino.
No point spend 100+ HKD for the tour.
Thanks to my sister who advise me before i went.
Once you come out from the ferry terminal.
Turn right and walk downwards and you will start to find their shopping area.
You will see this while walking towards the shopping area.
The restaurant there close 2pm / 3pm and open at 5pm or 6pm.
If you are having lunch there, Please take note of this.
There is a japanese restaurant open thru out the day on PH & SAT & SUN.
There isnt much thing to get there, Most likely seeing the building and casino.
There is a Sand casino, Inside got dancer while gaming.
Interesting place.
Base on my hubby is like RWS Casnio.
They served free drinks inside.
There really NOTHING TO BUY!!
Faint~
A lot shop close on Sat.
Not a lot of peeps as most of them are inside the casino..
hahahahahaa!!
Thing i bought for the day..
That's all..
Coming back next day morning.
So wont be taking any photo as have to rush to buy thing for friends.
This week if i went to watch movie then i will update.
if not wait for next week.
Going to Songkran Event in Singapore!! Wooo!!

28 March 2014 Hongkong / Shenzhen Trip Day 3
Wake up early morning 9am..
Took a train from Yau Ma Tei to Shenzhen.
The train cost about 90+ HKD 2 way.
Alight at Luo Wu, The moment you tap your card.
You will be able to see the custom of Shenzhen.
Then chop passport then walk out you are at Shenzhen already.
Please bear in mind, Whatever you want to get there.
Ask for DISCOUNT!!!
They mark up the price like mad!! Especially for clothing.
I mark down all the price at least 50% and above.
They will say the item is very good cannot mark down price.
Then just simply walk off then they will ask you come back and ask you give a higher price.
Insist the price you quoted, Once you walk off again they will give you the price you quote.
For my understanding clothing can mark down by at least 70%.
Didnt went there for long as there is elderly with me.
Around 2pm came back..
Then took a train to Tsim Sha Tsui and help friend buy Disney item.
Went to Trendy Land, (A shop that sell Disney item at cheap price)
Got tons of stitch for him.. haha!
After then walk towards Star Ferry..
Saw this little nice place while walking towards Star Ferry.
Also have some branded jewelry there but i didnt shop though.
Headed to Star Ferry, Sadly the weather is not very good. Didnt have a good view that night..
Upset.

But is very cooling.
Then head back to hotel.

26 March 2014 Hongkong Trip
1st time went hongkong with my family & in-law..
Let me share some tips from my trip~~~
(It gonna be a long nagging post)
Took Cathay Pacific Airline to hongkong.
4hours later~
Finally reached!!!
From airport there is a train service called "Airport Express"
Bring u from airport straight to the city.
It take about 24 to 30 mins. Kinda fast..
You can purchase the airport express tix from the counter.
It's cheaper if you have a grp of 4 pax.
It's cost 220 HKD for 4 tix.
(Each 90HKD for single)
This is how the tix looks like.
My hotel is located at "Yau Ma Tei" MTR station.
So we took the airport express to kowloon and change free shuttle service provide by the hotel.
If you book the 4/ 5 star hotel they will usually provide free shuttle from kowloon station.
Here is a photo of the shuttle i took & some other hotel name that provide free shuttle.
(Its free for both way, Pick up & return)

Hahaha.. Is Suite that why is so big.
My in-law booked the deluxe room.
I dont think the price worth it.
So super duper small!!!
Worst then genting hotel.. T_T
The deluxe room cost about 1300HKD per night.
Looking at their room i almost fainted. No window..
Lucky i got a suite room.
The Executive Suite Room Cost about 2100 HKD per night.
After check-in to hotel, We went out as is still so early.
Bought MTR card which called "Octopus"
The card is like singapore Ez-link card.
The fee for each card is 150 HKD
Card Deposit 50 HKD
Credit in the card 100 HKD
(Remember to refund your card when you are done using it)
9% Service charge for refund.
The first place i went in Hongkong..
Mongkok!!

Swarovski!!
A birthday gift for my BFF.
Is cheaper in Hongkong compare to SG DFS.
I checked on Changi Airport selling price around $109 or less a bit
Hongkong selling 580 HKD
(It's depends on your exchange rate too)

Went to MBS with Family
To see the new event that recently started.
I Light Marina Bay.
Alot of art work and interested thing.
I would say GOOD JOB!
Really enjoyed with my Family!
Here is some art work that i took with my phone.

Went to TCC for late high tea with my family.
As this month is my birthday month.
So member of TCC (The Connoisseur Concerto)

After discount.. Worth it to the max.
